2021 MonU Masters Golf Outing

Sponsors and Golfers Wanted for the 2021 MonU Masters Golf Outing!!

Join us for the 2021 MonU Masters Golf Outing on Friday, October 15th at Pine Crest Golf Course in Lansdale.  Registration and lunch will begin at 10:45am, followed by a Shotgun Start at 12pm.  After golf, join us for prizes and awards under the Veranda.  Beer and a cash bar will be available for the duration.  Cost is $135 per golfer, and includes green fees, golf cart, lunch, beer, and a day of fun.  Scramble format.  Prizes will be awarded for the Longest Drive, Closest Putt, and others.  Don't forget to add your MonU Masters Package (Mulligan, Re-Putt, Sand Grenade, and Move Your Ball), and tickets for the Putting Contest and our Prizes & Gift Baskets to your cart during Player Registration.

2021 Roger Erb Rec Select Tournament

The 2021 Roger Erb Rec Select Tournament will be held on November 6th & 7th.  Girls will play on November 6th, Boys will play on November 7th.  Rain dates are November 13th & 14th.  Please visit our Tournament page for more information - Roger Erb Rec Select Tournament

U07 Academy Program

The U07 Academy is designed to provide quality development for the Clubs most motivated and committed under 7 (U07) soccer players.  All players born in the year 2015 are eligible for this program, including those players in our U08 Rec programs.  This program is intended for those children more seriously focused on soccer, and for players (and parents) who are willing to make a stronger commitment to prioritizing development above the social aspects of youth soccer.  It serves as a "bridge" program to U08 Travel, although participation in U07 Academy does not guarantee or require participation in U08 Travel.  This is a 6-week program and runs from Tuesday, September 14th through October 19th.  Cost is $75/player.

 

The program offers several unique benefits:
-A developmentally-appropriate curriculum with a heavy emphasis on individual technique, created and taught by licensed, professional coaches.
-Tuesday training from 5:45pm-6:45pm at Kenas/Windlestrae Fields.
-Practices, games, and potential crossover games at no additional fee.


**Players should wear cleats, shin guards, and remember to bring a soccer ball and something to drink.**

Friday Night Finishing

Friday Night Finishing is a program for Goal scorers! This program is open to ALL MonU players (Competitive and Rec) U08-U16 (birth years 2014 through 2006) and will focus on the technique of ball striking and finishing.  This is a 6-week program that begins on Friday, September 17th and ends on Friday, October 29th.  **There is NO SESSION on Friday, October 15th.**  Cost is $45/player and sessions will be held at Kenas/Windlestrae fields, 1147 Kenas Road, North Wales.

5:00-5:50pm - U08 to U11 (Birth Years 2014, 2013, 2012, & 2011)

6:00-7:00pm - U12 to U16 (Birth Years 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007, & 2006)

Speed, Agility, & Quickness

We are proud to offer a 2021 Fall Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) program with Coach Rob Nydick.  The SAQ Program will improve running/movement mechanics, footwork/foot speed, general conditioning/fitness, flexibility, mobility, and strength in a safe and fun environment. This is a great way to supplement training for players currently training with their teams this fall season. Athletes will also learn about the importance of proper training and competition mindset along with many other helpful takeaways to use throughout their careers.

This 6-week program provides athletic movement training for youth players, both Competitive and Rec, U08-U12 (birth years 2014 through 2010). The cost is $75/player and will be held on Wednesday evenings at Kenas/Windlestrae fields, 1147 Kenas Road, North Wales.  The program starts on Wednesday, September 8th and runs through Wednesday, October 13th.

6:00-7:00pm - U08 to U12 (Birth Years 2014, 2013, 2012, 2011, & 2010)

**Players should wear soccer cleats or sneakers and bring plenty of water. No soccer ball is needed for this program.**

2021 Fall Rec Registration

2021 Fall Rec Info - (Birth Years 2017 through 2003, Boys and Girls)

Welcome to 2021 Fall Rec at MonU!

This is a program for beginners to experienced players, from birth years 2017 through 2003.  The goal of Fall Rec is to offer players the chance to enjoy the game in a fun, learning, and social environment.  We need Coaches for ALL teams so please help out by volunteering to Coach!

 

Fall Rec In-house, U05-U08 (Birth Years 2017-2014):  These teams will practice one (1) night a week (as determined by your age group listed below) and play a game on Saturdays at Spring Valley Park fields.  A Club Trainer will lead each practice session with a skill lesson, followed by a scrimmage.  All players will need a Size 3 ball, soccer cleats, and shin guards.  Teams will be formed after registration closes on August 15th.  A team shirt, shorts, and socks will be provided.  Teams will start the week of August 30th with a "play day" to meet your team and Coach, and to distribute uniforms.  Team practices and games will officially start after Labor Day and play through Saturday, October 30th.  There are NO sessions on Sunday, September 5th or Monday, September 6th (Labor Day).  

Age groups will be as follows:

  • U05/U06 Girls (Birth Years 2016 & 2017) - Location Spring Valley Park, Practices on Mondays 6:00-7:00pm, Game on Saturdays 9:00-10:00am.  Games are 4v4 play.  Cost is $150.
  • U05/U06 Boys (Birth Years 2016 & 2017) - Location Spring Valley Park, Practices on Tuesdays 6:00-7:00pm, Game on Saturdays 10:30-11:30am.  Games are 4v4 play.  Cost is $150.
  • U07/U08 Girls (Birth Years 2014 & 2015) - Location Spring Valley Park, Practices on Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm, Game on Saturdays 12:00-1:00pm.  Games are 7v7 play with breakout lines, Coaches Ref.  Cost is $150.
  • U07/U08 Boys (Birth Years 2014 & 2015) - Location Spring Valley Park, Practices on Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm, Game on Saturdays 1:30-2:30pm.  Games are 7v7 play with breakout lines, Coaches Ref.  Cost is $150.

 

Fall Rec League Play, U09-U19 (Birth Years 2013-2003):  These teams will play in a League and travel locally to play against other Clubs.  Weekday practices (1 or 2 days/week) are determined by the Coaches and will be at Zehr Tract, Rose Twig Park, and/or Spring Valley Park fields.  Games are primarily played on Saturdays but may also be scheduled on Sundays at local fields.  Teams will be formed after registration closes on August 15th.  All players will need a ball, soccer cleats, and shin guards.  A League jersey must be ordered (no additional cost) during registration and will be used season to season throughout the 2021-2022 year.  The fall season consists of a minimum of 8 league games (4 home games, 4 away games), with playoffs for U14 and older.  There are NO games on Sunday, September 6th.  We need Coaches for ALL teams so please help out by volunteering to Coach!

The age divisions for the 2021/22 season are as follows:

  • U09/U10 Girls (birth years 2012 & 2013) - Games are 7v7 play with breakout lines, 1 Referee.  Cost $165
  • U09/U10 Boys (birth years 2012 & 2013) - Games are 7v7 play with breakout lines, 1 Referee.  Cost $165
  • U11/U12 Girls (birth years 2010 & 2011) - Games are 9v9 play, 1 Referee.  Cost $165
  • U11/U12 Boys (birth years 2010 & 2011) - Games are 9v9 play, 1 Referee.  Cost $165
  • U13/U14 Girls (birth years 2008 & 2009) - Games are 11v11 play, 1 Referee.  Cost $165
  • U13/U14 Boys (birth years 2008 & 2009) - Games are 11v11 play, 1 Referee.  Cost $165
  • U15/U16 Girls (birth years 2006 & 2007) - Games are 11v11 play, 3 Referee system.  Cost $175
  • U15/U16 Boys (birth years 2006 & 2007) - Games are 11v11 play, 3 Referee system.  Cost $175
  • U17/U18/U19 Girls (birth years 2003, 2004, & 2005) - Games are 11v11 play, 3 Referee system.  Cost $175

2021 Fall Mini's (Birth Years 2017 & 2018)

The Fall Mini's program will offer 2 sessions on Monday and Tuesday evenings and 1 session on Saturday morning at Spring Valley Park:
~Monday sessions - 5:30pm to 6:15pm  OR  6:30pm to 7:15pm
~Tuesday sessions - 5:30pm to 6:15pm  OR 6:30pm to 7:15pm
~Saturday session - 9:15am to 10:00am
There is NO session on Monday, September 6th (Labor Day)

 

What are the MonU Mini's?
The MonU Mini's is a program designed for children 3-4 years of age. Our professional staff teaches the basics of soccer in a fun & learning environment. We also show the parents how to help your Mini learn the beautiful game.

When and Where do they play?
Sign up for the session you would like to attend:
All sessions will be held at Spring Valley Park in Montgomery Township.  

  • Monday sessions start August 30th and end on October 25th.
  • Tuesday sessions start August 31st and end on October 26th.  
  • Saturday session starts September 11th and ends on October 30th

There is NO session on Monday, September 6th (Labor Day)


What do the Mini's need to bring?

A Mini's shirt will be provided.  We do not recommend wearing soccer cleats, sneakers are fine.  We also ask that the Mini's bring a ball (Size 3) and something to drink. Parents, please be ready to get on the field as well!
